Legal Team Supervisor - Bournemouth - £CompetitiveOur client has an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal Team Supervisor to join a busy and fast-growing Litigation & Recoveries team in their Bournemouth office.Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Recoveries Team Manager in supervising a team of Paralegals specialising in asset & motor finance recoveries and collections.
- Oversee work quality and act as a mentor, providing motivation and guidance to the team.
- Handle legal elements of cases, draft documents, and liaise frequently with clients/customers.
- Recognise and communicate areas for improvement, training opportunities, and overall staff performance.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Flexibility, high attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise a high-volume workload effectively.
- Confidence to identify and communicate areas for improvement.
- A genuine interest in developing a career in this sector.
- Legal experience/background is not required as full training will be provided.
- Previous experience in insurance, collections, or banking is advantageous.
