My client is looking for an outstanding Conveyancing Assistant/Paralegal to join their team in Bournemouth, Dorset.

They are looking for a candidate who can deliver on expanding the clientele, offer exceptional client service and run a department.

You will be expected to handle a substantial caseload in accordance with the relevant protocols. You will be expected to provide legal advice to both current and potential clients as well as assisting other departments within the firm when needed. You will demonstrate an ability to provide high quality, practical advice. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of Private Client work.

Requirements & Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Estate Administration Department, ensuring efficient operation and delivery of high-quality legal services. • Provide supervision and mentorship to fee earners and support staff within the department• Able to work independently and run a full caseload.• Able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets.• Able to build relationship with clients and to encourage referral of further business to the firm.• Able to meet time recording and billing targets where required.• Able to convey information accurately and articulately, both verbally and in writing.• Able to use own initiative and make best use of resources and time.

You will be expected to deliver the highest possible legal and service standards, while maximising profit for the company.

Previous experience of using a case management system would be advantageous and excellent communication skills are a must.
