- Developing CNC machine programs for the goal of manufacturing components and recommending cutting tools for production
- Collaborating with production teams to proof new components effectively
- Reviewing and amending manufacturing layouts for production workers to follow
- Providing proactive front-line support for machine errors and conducting minor machine maintenance when required
- Supporting production and maintenance activities to work towards maximum production
- Restocking the tool vending machine to support production demand and supporting the purchasing of production material to meet requirements
- Creating operating inspection guides, layouts and MIPs and specifications for activities
- Supporting on projects for new equipment and process implementation, whilst also looking for ways to improve processes to optimise yield and reduce time
- Reporting any unsafe operations to the appropriate manager
