JOB TITLE: Business Administrator

HOURS: 9am - 5pm, Monday to Thursday, 9am - 4pm Fridays

INTERVIEWS: Taking place next week!

SALARY: £25,000 - £28,000 DOE

LOCATION: Central Bournemouth

CULTURE: Friendly team in a super busy office!

The role:

  • Responsible for all order paperwork
  • Coordinating delivery and installation schedules
  • Liaising with customers to chase outstanding paperwork
  • Updating reports
  • Ensuring sales order documents are completed on time
  • Tracking the status of orders and installations

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar administration role, ideally within sales or installations
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritise workload
  • Confident telephone manner
  • An enthusiastic team player who enjoys helping others and contributing to a positive work environment
  • A skilled communicator, both written and verbal, who can clearly articulate information
