As a Junior Admin & Marketing Ops Specialist, youll play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our marketing operations. Working closely with our experienced marketing and sales teams, youll gain invaluable experience in the nuts and bolts of marketing automation, CRM management, and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the daily administration of HubSpot and Salesforce (SFDC) platforms.
  • Support the execution and monitoring of marketing campaigns, ensuring data integrity and accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to maintain and segment our contact database.
  • Help with the creation, management, and optimization of workflows, reports, and dashboards in HubSpot and SFDC.
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to improve marketing efficiency.
  • Contribute to data cleansing, deduplication, and other data quality initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

  • Basic understanding of marketing operations, CRM systems, and data management.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce (SFDC), or other CRM/marketing automation tools is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills and an aptitude for working with data.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
