Senior Retention Campaign Manager:  We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Retention Campaign Manager to lead and implement our customer retention, upsell, and data capture strategy for Ageas. This pivotal role will significantly  impact retention rates, income, customer value and overall customer experience.

The successful candidate will be heavily involved in the development and delivery of our retention strategy, ensuring it aligns with our business goals.  You will work closely with the Commercial and Trading team to scrutinise retention marketing funnels and identify opportunities for test and learn. Additionally, you will collaborate with Pricing & Underwriting, Operational, Finance, Claims & wider Marketing teams to ensure activities are co-ordinated to deliver the Ageas Direct & RIAS targeted value & retention numbers.

At Ageas, retaining our customers is a critical objective. The  Senior Retention Campaign Manager involves interacting with and managing senior stakeholder expectations and outcomes, making a significant impact on our business.

Main Responsibilities as Senior Retention Campaign Manager:

  • ·      Lead the creation, development, and delivery of customer upsell and retention plans through effective campaigns and brand engagement.
  • ·       Develop and implement communication plans to maximize opportunities throughout the customer journey.
  • ·        Identify, develop, and introduce new ‘added value’ communications to engage and inform customers about the benefits of being an Ageas/RIAS customer.
  • ·        Measure and monitor the effectiveness of retention campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • ·        Provide expert input into the retention and CRM strategy, influencing the strategic direction.
  • ·        Create and deliver customer loyalty programs to optimize retention.
  • ·        Develop new incentives and solutions to improve customer retention based on their commercial value.
  • ·        Negotiate, manage, and develop incentive schemes to drive customer value and retention performance
  • ·        Understand customer retention differences by segment and channel, ensuring targeted campaigns and communications.
  • ·        Manage upsell, customer retention, and cross-sale budgets, ensuring adherence to agreed budgets.
  • ·        Prepare presentations and communication materials for senior marketing audiences.
  • ·        Assume delegated responsibility for risks and controls associated with customer retention and brand engagement, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Knowledge skills & experience you will need as Senior Retention Campaign Manager:

  • ·        Expertise in offline and online direct marketing channels.
  • ·        Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • ·        Leadership experience, including coaching and developing a team
  • ·        Strong commercial awareness and understanding of campaign management impacts.
  • ·        Creative problem-solving skills.
  • ·        Ability to manage multiple tasks and initiatives without compromising quality.
  • ·        Empathy for consumer needs and the ability to convert these into positive business results.
  • ·        Ability to analyse complex data, manage plans and budgets.
  • ·        Effective risk management skills, ensuring processes are documented and compliant.
