Position: Mobile Air Conditioning Maintenance Engineer
Location: Bournemouth and Surrounding Areas
Salary: 43,000 - 45,000 per annum
Benefits: Van and Fuel Card Provided, 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays, 1 in 6 Call-Out with 105 Standby Fee and Overtime Pay, 40 Hours per Week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance, servicing, and repairs of air conditioning systems across multiple retail sites.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
  • Conduct regular inspections and ensure all systems comply with safety and operational standards.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs as per the 1 in 6 rota, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all work carried out and report any significant issues to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in air conditioning maintenance and repair.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration).
  • F-Gas certification is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and their components.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Full UK driving license.

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM.
  • Participation in a 1 in 6 call-out rota with a standby fee of 105 and additional overtime pay for call-outs.
