JOB TITLE: Account Manager

COMPANY: Engineering

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm

START: ASAP

SALARY: £30,000pa + generous commission and bonuses!

LOCATION: Bournemouth, Hurn

The role:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Grow and nurture leads to generate new business opportunities.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to strategise and execute on account plans.
  • Arranging meetings and calls with clients (occasionally requiring out of hours calls depending on client's time zone)
  • Setting up and handing over leads to the BDM
  • Monitoring communications and follow-ups including Projects in bid phase
  • Helping prepare bids
  • Liaising with Marketing Department to publicise work previously undertake

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in account management or business development.
  • Strong track record of successfully retaining and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and negotiating abilities.
  • Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
