- Account Management - Office based telephone / email support
- Processing sales orders
- Handling Queries and delivering excellent customer service at all levels
- Manage your own portfolio of key accounts, ensuring that orders are fulfilled within agreed time frames and to associated KPI’s.
- Negotiate pricing, expand business opportunities and further develop these key accounts, through excellent customer service and account management
- Ensure that orders are fulfilled within agreed time frames and handle any associated queries or issues that arise, during the allocation and movement of stock.
- Respond to incoming calls and email queries relating to shipment, delivery, stock updates, or new order requirements etc
- Prepare relevant documents in line with the requirements of exporting goods out of the UK
- Work closely with both the end customer, external transport / logistics companies, as well as the wider team, to ensure that the customer receives the best service at all times.
- Previous experience of working in a similar role is essential – You will need to be able to demonstrate excellent customer service skills, and previous experience of managing relationships with customers, as well as third party associates.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office packages
- Previous experience of working on CRM / ERP packages would be ideal – our client have a very innovative approach and are constantly reviewing their systems and processes – confidence to learn new systems, is essential.
