Primary Class Teacher – September 2025 Start – Bournemouth

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced or newly qualified teacher to join a welcoming school community, where you’ll have the chance to inspire and nurture the next generation of learners.

As a Primary Class Teacher, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for your class, ensuring that every child’s academic and personal development is supported. Working alongside a collaborative and supportive team, you will be encouraged to bring fresh ideas and innovative approaches to teaching, helping students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging and effective lessons that cater to the individual needs of students.
• Foster a positive classroom environment where all children feel valued, respected, and motivated to learn.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing regular feedback and implementing strategies to support learning.
• Work closely with parents, carers, and colleagues to ensure a holistic approach to each child’s education.
• Contribute to the wider life of the school, participating in extracurricular activities and school events as required.

What we are looking for:

• A qualified teacher with a genuine passion for primary education and a commitment to making a difference.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage a classroom effectively.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach to teaching, with a focus on making learning fun and accessible for all students.
• The ability to build positive relationships with children, staff, and parents.
• Experience within a primary school setting would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from newly qualified teachers who are looking for their next challenge.
