JOB TITLE: Finance and Office Manager

COMPANY: Legal Services

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5:30pm

START: ASAP

SALARY: £28,000-£39,000 (depending on experience)

LOCATION: Southbourne, Boscombe

The role:

  • Oversee the finance function for the firm
  • Oversee the office operations and provide administrative support to the team.
  • Financial management, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and budgeting.
  • Manage expense reports, and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
  • Ensure compliance with legal accounting rules and regulations
  • Oversee day-to-day activities, such as payment processing, client billing, and financial reporting
  • Oversee the day-to-day cash management operations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

What You'll Bring:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial management.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations pertaining to finance and office management.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Previous experience in office management or a similar role is preferred.
