Multi-Trade Operative
Location: Site-based across Bournemouth and Poole
Hours: Monday - Friday, 39 hours per week, with on-call duties as required

You'll be an essential part of their dynamic and supportive team, working across a variety of tasks while delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you'll be primarily responsible for carrying out responsive repairs to social housing tenanted properties, with a particular focus on joinery,carpentry etc. You'll have a structured daily schedule set by their central support team, allowing you to focus on delivering excellent service while managing your time effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs and maintenance across tenanted properties, focusing on joinery, doors, windows, kitchens, bathrooms, and general handyman duties.
- Manage a variety of tasks, including refurbishments and general property maintenance
- Work from job tickets or handheld devices connected to a live shared system
- Plan and manage your workload independently, ensuring customer needs are met in a timely manner.
