Repairs and Operations Coordinator
- To start 4th November until 30th June 2025
- Full time 37 hours per week
- Based Kinson, Bournemouth
- Office hours 8.30am to 4.30pm
- Pay rate £12.59 per hour
The role will go hybrid after 4-6 week intensive training.
About the Repairs and Operations Coordinator role-
- Dealing with customer contacts via phone and email
- Taking calls from the residents regarding repairs on their property and diagnose them quickly
- Updating and logging all conversations on the system accurately
- Working under pressure, must be resilient and able to handle difficult calls and situations
- Using own initiative and being a proactive team player
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Accurate data inputting
- Good at picking up new internal systems fast
- Organised
- Must have lots of empathy and be able to offer an excellent level of customer service and resolving issues
- The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service, handling volume calls, and dealing with housing repairs
- Have a good understanding of safeguarding and dealing with vulnerable contacts
