The role will go hybrid after 4-6 week intensive training.

About the Repairs and Operations Coordinator role-

  • Dealing with customer contacts via phone and email
  • Taking calls from the residents regarding repairs on their property and diagnose them quickly
  • Updating and logging all conversations on the system accurately
  • Working under pressure, must be resilient and able to handle difficult calls and situations
  • Using own initiative and being a proactive team player
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Accurate data inputting
  • Good at picking up new internal systems fast
  • Organised
  • Must have lots of empathy and be able to offer an excellent level of customer service and resolving issues
  • The ideal candidate will have worked in customer service, handling volume calls, and dealing with housing repairs
  • Have a good understanding of safeguarding and dealing with vulnerable contacts
