Salary Range: 30,000 – 46,535 per annum (Depending on experience)

Contract: Full – time

GSL Education are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Teacher to join primary schools in the beautiful areas of Bournemouth and Christchurch. This full-time position offers the opportunity to create a positive and engaging learning environment where children at their early age can develop and thrive.

As an Early Years Primary School Teacher, you should be responsible for:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons tailored to the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum.
  • Assess, monitor, and record each child’s progress, providing constructive feedback to parents and carers.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment where children feel confident to explore and learn.
  • Work collaboratively with teaching assistants and other staff to meet the needs of all children, including those with additional needs.
  • Promote positive behaviour management and ensure the safety and well-being of all pupils.

JOB DETAILS:

  • Type of work – Teaching young age learners at a small group and 1:1 session.
  • Start date – November 2024.
  • Contract type- Full-time.   
  • Pay: 30,000 – 46,535 per annum, depending on experience.
