- Support the administration of financial assistance schemes, including rent deposit loans and bond schemes.
- Work with deposit protection schemes and carry out bond claim assessments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with private landlords to increase access to PRS accommodation.
- Assess the suitability of accommodation and provide tenancy advice.
- Act as the first point of contact for landlords regarding property availability and tenancy issues.
- Provide reports, statistics, and contribute to policy reviews.
- Ensure compliance with housing legislation, data protection, and council policies.
- Experience working in customer service or with vulnerable clients.
- Knowledge of tenancy agreements, housing benefits, and PRS accommodation.
- Ability to negotiate and mediate between tenants, landlords, and local authorities.
- Strong financial and legal understanding related to tenancy agreements.
- Excellent communication and IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- Temporary – 3 months
- Office-based/local area a minimum of 3 days per week
- Must be able to travel for viewings and sign-ups at short notice

- The pay range for the role is £19.72 to £22.00 per hour LTD company rate. The PAYE equivalent is £16.81 to £18.76 per hour, inclusive of holiday
