The hiring manager is known across the business as a great boss. For the right individual, they will offer a flexible hybrid working pattern (3-4 days a week home working), up to 15% achievable annual bonus, 28 days annual leave (+ BH) and a full study support package.
You will be given the autonomy to make a real impact to business performance, working closely with senior stakeholders and playing a key role in the commercial finance reporting.
You'll oversee budgets and forecasts for 500 existing developments, as well as assessing potential new developments, providing critical financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making.
