Senior Finance Business Partner - Bournemouth - Up to £85,000 + 15% Bonus + Fantastic Benefits

Are you a dynamic and commercially astute finance professional looking for a challenging and rewarding role?
If so, Venture Recruitment are seeking a talented Finance Business Partner to join a one of Dorset's best employers, renowned for their great company culture and excellent career growth.

This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in an ongoing UK and global expansion. You will be a key cog in the department, influencing financial performance across designated business areas.

Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a team of two analysts, providing strategic financial support and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, acting as a trusted advisor.
  • Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives through rigorous analysis and proactive challenge.
  • Producing detailed cost centre reports and variance analysis using Anaplan, presenting to various committees and stakeholders.
  • Leading the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial outturns.
  • Providing continuous support to budget holders, ensuring financial understanding and accuracy.
