This is a rare opportunity to play a pivotal role in an ongoing UK and global expansion. You will be a key cog in the department, influencing financial performance across designated business areas.
Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, you will lead a team of two analysts, providing strategic financial support and analysis. Your responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with senior management, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Identifying and driving cost-saving initiatives through rigorous analysis and proactive challenge.
- Producing detailed cost centre reports and variance analysis using Anaplan, presenting to various committees and stakeholders.
- Leading the preparation of annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and ad-hoc financial outturns.
- Providing continuous support to budget holders, ensuring financial understanding and accuracy.
