We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our clients team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing multiple schemes with a mix of multi-room residential and industrial projects across the dorset region.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee multiple schemes with a mix of residential and industrial projects.

- Prepare and submit accurate cost estimates and budgets for projects.

- Monitor project costs and ensure that they remain within budget.

- Ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and meets all relevant codes and regulations.

- Work closely with project managers, construction managers, and the finance team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.

- Provide regular reports on project progress and financial performance.

- Manage and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers.

- Ensure that all personnel on the job-site follow safety regulations and maintain all occupational safety regulations.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
