About the Role:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Negotiator to join our highly successful, independent estate agency in Bournemouth. Key Responsibilities:

  • Actively manage and grow the sales pipeline, ensuring targets are consistently met or exceeded.
  • Conduct accurate and professional property valuations to secure new instructions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing expert advice and guidance throughout the sales process.
  • Negotiate property sales, achieving the best outcomes for clients and the agency.
