Join our team as a Lettings Negotiator at a leading residential lettings agency in, Bournemouth. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
Day-to-day of the role:- Generate and book valuations, conducting market appraisals/valuations to secure instructed properties.
- Conduct property viewings, negotiate tenancies, and maximise the overall income and profitability of our office.
- Grow the volume of new lettings business and income production for the branch.
- Support the Lettings Manager by directing and leading the operations of the Lettings team.
- Ensure high-quality customer care and meet exceed targets for lettings business.
- Arrange and conduct viewing appointments and secure property lets.
- Work in accordance with all legal obligations without exception.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of available properties.
- Support and manage the overall success of the Lettings team.
- Prior experience as a Lettings Negotiator in a senior role, with a proven track record in securing new business.
- Listing and valuation experience.
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of customer service skills.
- Good telephone manner and positive attitude.
- A full UK driving license.
- Competitive OTE of £30,000 with uncapped commission.
