Property Manager, Bournemouth, Hybrid Working, Up To £40k DOE

Rubicon are pleased to be advertising for a Property Manager for a well-established and reputable Block Management firm in Bournemouth. Our client is looking for someone very upbeat, confident and experienced not necessarily in the Block Management field however willing to learn the trade.

Responsibilities as Property Manager:

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of residential and commercial blocks, ensuring efficient operations and high standards of service delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for leaseholders, tenants, and contractors, addressing enquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with health, safety, and maintenance regulations
  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance projects, working closely with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive block management reports and documentation

Skills and experience required for the Property Manager position:

  • Experience in another, fast-paced role where you have had to think on your feet and deal with multiple enquiries
  • Good customer service, dealing with people face to face
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a range of stakeholders
  • Strong Administration skills and able to maintain excellent attention to detail
