We are seeking a dedicated Property Manager to join our client. In this role, you will manage a diverse portfolio of properties, ensuring high standards of service for both landlords and tenants. Day-to-day of the role:- Manage a portfolio of residential properties, ensuring all aspects of property management are handled efficiently.
- Respond promptly to tenant inquiries and issues, maintaining strong relationships with both tenants and landlords.
- Coordinate both routine and emergency maintenance, liaising with contractors to ensure timely and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct property inspections and arrange for necessary repairs to maintain property standards.
- Assist with tenancy renewals, terminations, and new lettings, ensuring all processes comply with relevant regulations.
- Support the team in delivering a seamless and customer-focused lettings experience.
- Proven experience in property management and lettings.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building rapport with clients, contractors, and colleagues.
