Lettings Administrator 

  • Location: Westbourne
  • Job Type: Full-Time
  • Salary£24k depending on experience

Day-to-day of the role:

  • Coordinate and manage maintenance requests and repairs for rental properties, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Schedule and oversee tenant check-outs, making sure all procedures are adhered to and the property is ready for the next occupant.
  • Arrange and ensure the completion of gas safety inspections and reports, maintaining compliance with legal requirements.
  • Manage the return of deposits post check-out, conducting inspections, and handling any disputes or deductions fairly and efficiently.
  • Conduct thorough tenant referencing and background checks to ensure the suitability and reliability of prospective tenants.
  • Organise and conduct property viewings, providing information and answering questions to help secure new tenancies.

Required Skills & Qualifications: 

  • Previous experience within Estate agency is desirable 
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills to interact positively with tenants and clients.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong problem-solving abilities to address maintenance and tenant issues effectively.
  • Proficiency in property management software is highly advantageous.
