Responsibilities:
- Answering enquiries from Tenants and Landlords
- Booking Viewings
- Conducting Viewings and Property Inspections
- Dealing with property maintenance and compliance
- Rent processing support
- KPI Reporting
Experience:
- A minimum of 2 Years experience in UK estate agency is required
- You will also need a full UK driving license
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £15.00-£17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
