TeamJobs are looking for motivated candidates with experience in Sales to join a specialist Recruitment agency based in Bournemouth.

Previous Recruitment experience is not essential, but a minimum of 1 years' previous experience in a KPI driven, Sales targeted environment is preferred.
Basic salary is up to 30,000pa (depending on previous experience)

Main responsibilities:
* Source and identify potential candidates through various channels, including databases, social media, job boards, and networking
* Conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit for positions
* Build stong, lasting relationships with everyone you come into contact with
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs
* Write and post job adverts
* Manage the advert response
* Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients
* Take and deliver constructive interview feedback
* Negotiate salaries and deal with offers
* Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build a strong professional network
* Provide clients with advice on market conditions, talent availability, and hiring strategies.
A successful Recruitment Consultant excels in communication, interpersonal skills, and adaptability. They must be able to navigate the dynamics of both client and candidate relationships, whilst staying ahead of industry trends and regulations.
