Your role will keep you in the action, focusing on everything from safety and smooth operations to customer happiness and team motivation.About You* 2+ years in management, ideally in leisure or hospitality* Enthusiastic, proactive, and ready to dive in* A natural leader who can inspire and rally a team* Approachable and customer-orientedWhat You'll Be Doing* Manage Daily Operations: Lead the team in delivering a top-notch, fun-filled experience every day.* Safety First: Make sure everyone is safe, from customers to crew.* Brand Standards: Maintain our high standards at all times.* Training & Development: Regularly train the team to keep everyone on their A-game.* Admin & Compliance: Manage scheduling, health and safety, stock, recruitment, and training.* Financial Goals: Partner with the General Manager to drive revenue and exceed profitability goals.This is a full-time role, with flexible shifts based on 42.5 hours per week, including weekends and evenings.
