Part-Time Accounts Assistant - Legal Firm
Location - POOLE
TeamJobs are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our client in Poole.
Wednesday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate financial records in line with Solicitors Accounts Rules
- Process high volumes of receipts and payments across multiple accounts
- Perform reconciliations using Tikit Partner for Windows software
- Assist with payroll, invoicing, purchase ledgers, and month-end accounts
- Provide support and training to new team members
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in accounts, ideally in a legal firm
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Knowledge of Solicitors Accounts Rules (or willingness to learn)
- A team player with excellent attention to detail
