Vision for Education are looking for proactive and reliable Secondary Supply Teachers who are looking for flexible day to day cover within Southbourne and the surrounding areas!

Salary: £125 - £150 a day.

Paid to scale for permanent roles or long term with extra responsibilities.

Please note all applicants must hold eligibility to work in the UK and proof of a UK address.

The desired Teacher will have:

  • Recognised teaching qualification PGCE or equivalent with QTS
  • Experience of teaching secondary school aged children and be able to provide two references
  • A passion for the progress of pupils
  • An ability to build positive relationships with both staff and students
  • 2 - 5 days availability
  • UK residence

Responsibilities:

  • Presenting pre-planned captivating lessons to keep students engaged in learning
  • Meet the daily objectives and targets set
  • Create and maintain a positive and inclusive learning environment
  • Apply a variety of teaching techniques to support all students' learning needs
  • Follow schools safeguarding and behaviour management policies
