Float Secretary

We have an exciting opportunity foran experienced and dedicated Float Secretary to join a successful and well-established law firm, based in Dorset.

You will be primarily based on front of house at their office in Charminster and you will also be required to provide holiday cover and additional support to their other offices to include, Canford Cliffs, Ringwood, Wimborne and Broadstone, so your own transport is required.

There is a big emphasis at the firm on rewarding staff and we are continually reviewing our staff benefits. These currently include: (31 days incl. bank holidays pro rata), an option of a gym membership, extra pension contributions, extra holiday or Healthcare Cashback Scheme.

Your duties include but are not limited to:

  • Reception duties
  • Audio typing
  • Word processing documents and materials
  • Assisting in communication with clients
  • Taking telephone calls and recording messages
  • General administrative duties
