Are you a Service Director from a HVAC / Heat Pump or Construction background looking for an autonomous position where you take the technical lead whilst moulding a team of specialists around you?

The company have a global presence, multi-million pound turnover and are continuing to grow rapidly. They manufacture a range of HVAC related products for a variety of settings.
The role is predominately based at the company's head office, with home working and site visits required. You will manage all Field Service Operations and be the go-to individual for any Projects secured and New Product Introduction.
This role would suit someone with Management and Servicing experience, looking to take a clear progression route in a highly-successful business whilst working on modern and innovative equipment.
The Role:
* Managing Service and Technical teams.
* Overseeing large scale projects - Construction and Engineering.
* Working on the Installation and Maintenance of HVAC systems.
The Person:
* Service Manager, Team Leader, Director, Head of.
* HVAC, Heat Pump, FCUs, Construction experience.
* Commutable to Dorset.
