Due to increasing demand, they are expanding their team and are seeking an experienced Embroidery Machinist to join their growing workforce.The Role:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Embroidery Machinist with experience in operating embroidery machines and working with software such as Wilcom. The ideal candidate will be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, thrive in a fast-paced setting, and demonstrate exceptional organisational skills. You will work closely with both team members and clients to ensure deadlines are met and high-quality results are consistently delivered.Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain embroidery machines to produce top-quality workwear and branded merchandise
  • Upload and convert customer designs and logos using embroidery software (Wilcom)
  • Manage the inventory of threads, fabrics, and materials to ensure stock levels are sufficient
  • Troubleshoot and resolve machine issues, making necessary adjustments as needed
  • Handle multiple orders and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients to ensure smooth project execution
  • Maintain a clean, organised work environment to maximise efficiency
