What You'll Do:
As a Sewing Machine Operator, you will be at the heart of our production process, responsible for:
- Picking parts from stores to create high-quality products
- Operating automatic sewing machines to assemble and sew new product
- Following work instructions and standard operating procedures
- Conducting thorough inspections to ensure product specifications are met
- Packing finished products for delivery
- Maintaining excellent housekeeping standards
- Actively participating in team meetings and contributing to process improvements
Key Details:
Contract Type:?Permanent
Expected Hours:?39 hours per week
Working Pattern:?Full Time (Monday to Thursday: 8 am - 5 pm; Friday: 8 am - 1 pm)
Hourly Rate:?£12.60
What We're Looking For:
- Previous sewing experience is essential (1 year as a Sewing Machine Operator would be beneficial)
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Team player with excellent collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
