As a Childcare Support Worker, you will take on a vital role in our children's lives, working as part of a team and acting as a trusted parental figure.

Are you the right person for the job?

  • A valid UK driving licence, proximity to Bournemouth, Ferndown, Ringwood and a willingness to pursue relevant qualifications such as NVQ Level 4 in Children, Young People & Families Practitioner
  • Dedicated to child safeguarding
  • Effective communicator with a passion for working with children
  • Resilient and patient, capable of handling challenging behaviours
  • Proactive and creative in activity planning
  • Capable of practical ‘life skills' including cooking, cleaning and good home management
  • Empathetic and detail-oriented, ensuring that every child's needs are met and documented
