Salary: £12.82 - £14.72 per hour (Depending on Experience)

Responsibilities of a Disability Support Worker:
- Provide tailored support to individuals with physical, learning, or sensory disabilities.
- Assist with personal care, daily living tasks, and mobility support.
- Foster a safe and inclusive environment that promotes dignity and independence.
- Encourage participation in community activities and social engagement.
- Support individuals in developing practical skills and accessing educational opportunities.
- Monitor and report progress, maintaining accurate records of care and support provided.
- Collaborate with families, carers, and other professionals to ensure holistic support.
- Uphold high standards of care and respect the rights and wishes of each individual.
Disability Support Worker Requirements:
- A degree in Psychology, Counselling, Education or a similar field.
- A compassionate and empathetic approach to care.
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities as a Disability Support Worker is desirable.
- Relevant qualifications in health and social care (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3) are advantageous.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team.
