You'll manage a caseload, conduct comprehensive risk and needs assessments, respond to referrals promptly, and work with clients to develop personalized recovery plans. This role requires a compassionate, skilled professional capable of engaging clients who may have had challenging experiences with specialist services.Requirements
- Experience managing complex caseloads
- Proficiency in risk assessment and recovery planning
- Excellent communication and client engagement skills
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
