If you're an experienced children's social worker seeking an opportunity to relocate to a lovely holiday destination offshore for 2025, this is the opportunity to do so.



Leaders in Care have partnered with a highly regarded local authority located just off the south coast to offer a great pay rate of 43 per hour, complemented by a generous weekly accommodation bonus of 250 for the Child and Family Assessment team.



In this role you will be holding a manageable caseload of short-term assessments and long-term child protection/child in need cases, ensuring your work remains balanced, engaging and varied.
