We currently have an excellent opportunity for an experienced children's social worker to join the assessment and safeguarding team of a highly rated council with with a 'Good' Ofsted rating, as per their most recent inspection.
Leaders in Care are offering a generous hourly rate of 43, as well as a 250 per week accommodation bonus
This council use the Child & Family Assessment model in their practice, so you will manage a mixed caseload of short term assessment work, as well as long term child protection cases, keeping your workload mixed, and every day different.
The advantages include a manageable caseload, allowing you to dedicate the necessary time to each case and provide the best service to children and families. Additionally, flexible working arrangements are available to help you maintain a healthy work-life balance.
You can also expect regular reflective supervision, ensuring you feel fully supported in work and are continously developing as a practitioner along with the service. This service are looking for someone who really takes pride in their work providing the best care possible for all children and young people involved in the service, in order to hopefully acheive an Outstanding Ofsted rating at their next inspection.
As this is a statutory role, you must hold a social work qualification and be registered with Social Work England.
