Prospero Teaching is seeking enthusiastic Early Years SEN Teaching Assistants in Bournemouth and Poole to support children with special educational needs.
The position requires individuals who are patient, supportive, and able to build trusting relationships with pupils.
Candidates should have previous experience working with young people, preferably with a focus on autistic children.
This is a full-time role with a minimum pay rate of £13.09 per hour, and an Enhanced Child DBS on update service is required.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and experience in early years education.

The School are looking for individuals that are supportive, non-judgemental, patient, easy to talk to, positive and flexible. You must be able to speak to pupils in a manner which encourages and supports them, enabling you to build trusting relationships.

Previous experience of working with young people is desirable. Experience with autistic children would be an advantage. A team player with patience, understanding and a willingness to develop is needed.
