What We're Looking For:

Passion for SEN: You're dedicated to supporting students with learning difficulties, autism, ADHD
Empathy & Patience: A caring attitude and the ability to adapt to each child's unique needs.
Team Player: You work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and parents to deliver tailored support.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or relevant qualifications (desirable but not essential).

Your Responsibilities:

Supporting students 1:1 or in small groups to achieve their educational goals.
Assisting with learning activities, social interaction, and personal development.
Creating a safe, nurturing, and positive classroom atmosphere.
Working closely with teachers and SENCOs to implement personalised learning plans.

Eligibility:

Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional child related references
