Role Responsibilities- Manage a client portfolio, ensuring timely completion of all tasks and excellent client service
- Prepare tax returns, perform annual reviews, and identify tax planning opportunities
- Conduct regular client reviews and ensure their wider financial needs are addressed
- Mentor and support junior team members to help them achieve their potential
- Monitor budgets, chargeable hours, and recoverability for your client portfolio
- Use technology to enhance efficiencies and streamline workflows
- Report weekly on key performance indicators and ensure alignment with group policies

- Maintain compliance with professional standards and internal procedures

Candidate Requirements- ATT qualified or qualified by experience within a UK practice environment
- Strong understanding of UK tax laws and regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and client management skills

- £28,000 to £38,000 per annum
