Data and Digital Services Technical Lead required for an established business in the heart of Bournemouth town centre.

The role will ensure the smooth and effective running of IT Services, including data provisioning and reporting for all internal staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main liaison for all IT needs all internal staff and the Digital Services Function.
  • Provide consistent understanding and reassurance to staff regarding IT services, applications, systems, and equipment
  • Manage the transition of data and reporting as per organisational contracts
  • Collaborate with IT Training, IT Infrastructure, and IT Suppliers to ensure consistent and reliable IT support
  • Maintain an IT presence across sites as required.
  • Provide direct 1st and 2nd line support and IT training to colleagues.
Qualifications:
  • Relevant certifications in IT service management (e.g., ITIL) or technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator).
Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience in IT service management, technical support, or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of IT systems, applications, and infrastructure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with staff and partners.
  • Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve IT issues promptly.
  • Experience with data provisioning and reporting.
  • Ability to provide training and support to colleagues on IT systems and applications.
  • Familiarity with IT policies and standards to ensure compliance and reliability.
