The position is for a Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester at a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Bournemouth.
The basic salary ranges from £30,000 to £35,000 depending on experience, with on-target earnings (OTE) between £45,000 and £50,000.
Candidates must have a Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance and an active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7).
Additional desirable qualifications include Hybrid/EV certifications and manufacturer accreditations.
The role offers paid overtime and a comprehensive benefits package, including a Manufacturer Training Programme.

Our client, a busy Franchised Car Dealership in Bournemouth have the requirement for an experienced Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join their established workshop team

Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester responsibilities will include:

Carry out Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards
Carry out MOT Tests to DVSA standards
Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements
Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics
Carry out New Car PDI's & Used Car MPC's
Warranty Repairs

Experience, Skills & Qualifications

Essential Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ or equivalent in Light Vehicle Maintenance
Active MOT Tester Licence (Class 4 & 7)
Full UK Driving Licence

Desirable Requirements:

Hybrid/EV Qualifications
Manufacturer Accreditations
