Junior Admin & Document control assistant Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the smooth transaction of admin and document control functions
  • To answer the phones
  • To organise filing systems
  • Drive the marketing and social media function of the business
  • To Raising Customer Orders
  • To organise Courier Transport
  • To Raise CoC's / Invoices
  • Tracking Subcon orders
  • To raise consumable purchase orders (In/out)
  • To aide in process and report development

Junior Admin & Document control assistant Attributes:

  • Level headed
  • The ability to quickly react to business issues.
  • Strong and effective communicator with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Excellent IT skills
