Stock Controller / Order Fulfilment Co-ordinator
Location: Altrincham Area (Free Parking)
Salary: £28,000 + Excellent Benefits
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am to 4 pm (35-hour week)

Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end order fulfilment process, from order placement to delivery.
Handle returns and defective hardware.
Allocate work within a small team and liaise with internal departments to ensure timely service.
Validate and process 50-100 daily orders.
Work closely with the Order Fulfilment Manager to review and improve processes.
Step in to manage the team during the manager’s absence.

Ideal Candidate:
Strong organisational skills with the ability to work under deadlines.
Detail-oriented and tenacious, with a passion for process improvement.
Knowledge of logistics, supply chain management, or inventory control is beneficial.
Experience with LEAN principles is a plus.
