We are seeking an experienced Audit Senior or Semi-Senior to join our dynamic accounts team. This position is perfect for a proactive and ambitious individual with at least 4-5 years of practice experience, looking for the opportunity to develop and grow in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Reporting directly to the Partners and Client Portfolio Managers, you will deliver high-quality accounting services to a diverse range of clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare financial statements for sole traders, partnerships, and limited companies
  • Assist with VAT returns, tax returns, and other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required
  • Support audit work for clients, with the opportunity to manage or assist with audit engagements
  • Ensure adherence to accounting standards and provide valuable insights to clients
  • Build and maintain strong, professional client relationships

Requirements:

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or part-qualified (candidates qualified by experience will be considered)
  • At least 4-5 years' experience in a practice environment
  • Strong knowledge of UK GAAP and accounting standards
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Audit experience is highly desirable
