Quest Employment is currently seeking dedicated Production Operatives to join the Intake Department at a food production company in Brackley. This is an ongoing role with an excellent pay rate and opportunities for overtime!
Key Responsibilities- Ensuring all birds are correctly placed on the production line while adhering to strict bird welfare standards.
- Wearing the required and correct PPE at all times.
- Cleaning equipment and modules on a rotation schedule.
- Repetitive lifting of birds weighing approximately 2kg each.
- Competitive pay of £14.40/hour.
- Overtime available at £21.60/hour after 41 hours worked.
- Stable working hours, Monday to Friday (4 days out of 5).
- A supportive work environment with training provided.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of the role, including repetitive lifting.
- Ability to follow strict hygiene and welfare standards.
