Description (Short description of the role and the journey/transformation)

Reporting to the Managing Director, you will integrate between franchises as the lynchpin that collates the business managers together under one seamless direction. The Head of IT will be responsible for strategic leadership for the firm's various different acquired businesses. In addition to this, you will be in and amongst the day-to-day activities that comes with heading up the business applications.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead a large-scale synchronisation of CRM & ERP platforms across various different franchises within your repertoire, liaising with stakeholders to make consequential and business-shaping decisions.
  • You'll develop the organisations IT, software and implementation vision. In effect, you will define business goals and scalability to transition into action principles for wider stakeholders with your franchisees
  • Have the opportunity to oversee IT projects from their inception to their completion.
  • To liaise between IT, software and the technical arm of the business, and executive management to communicate strategies to affect the change you want within the organisation

Profile (Who are you / What will you have)

  • You have experience as an IT Manager/ Head of IT.
  • You are highly experienced in end-to-end delivery of software implementations
  • A rich demonstration of Project Management experience
  • Experience within Change & budget management alongside strong analytical skills.
  • An aptitude and enjoyment of involvement within the technical side of a programme, any experience as a Technical Programme Manager would be a bonus.
