About the Role
As a Business Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by promoting our services department to current product owners. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Inbound service sales inquiries to support the sales team.
- Proactively generating leads and targeting product owners to engage them in our service offerings.
- Conducting Teams meetings and calls—no face-to-face meetings required.
- Working alongside our dedicated sales team (10 members) to expand service sales and develop new business opportunities.
This is a high-volume, soft sales role focused on relationship-building and delivering exceptional service to already existing customers of the Products.
RequirementsWhat We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will have:
- A proven track record of maintaining and expanding existing business by phone.
- Confidence in a small business setting, especially in a sales environment.
- The ability to work independently, displaying self-discipline and initiative.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in PC skills, including Outlook, Word, Microsoft Suite, CRM, and database management.
