Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking to add a CNC Operator to their passionate, high performing team in Brackley.

In this role you will be setting up and running CNC machines for prototypes & production, whilst ensuring a high quality and high productivity of work.

The role:

  • Set up and running of CNC machines for prototypes & production
  • Perform routine maintenance on CNC machines in accordance with maintenance schedule
  • Maintain the high level of quality in accordance with company policy
  • Maintain accurate records of production activities, machine settings, and adjustments made during the machining process
  • Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure a safe and efficient working environment
  • Operate other machine shop equipment (saws, drills etc.) as required

The person:

  • Previous experience within a CNC Operator /Machinist role
  • Passionate, motivated & quality driven
