We have a opportunity for a qualified,experienced CNC Programmer,Setter, Operator with turning and 3 axis milling experience to join our team.
The succesful candidate will:
- Hold recognised qualifications in a mechanical manufacturing discipline e.g. toolmaking,
- Have a minimum 5 years experience across CNC lathes and 3 axis CNC mills indeally in a high performing environment
- Comfortable using CAM software (we use GIbbs & Hypermill)
- Have attention to detail, a great work ethic and be comfortable working with minimal supervision
- Be able to develop end to end machining strategies including tooling, work holding and programming.
- Able to guide and develop less experienced team members
- Be comfortable across the process from CAD model to producing work to a high standard.
- an effective team member and suggest and support improvement activities.
